CompoundShape position

Is there any documentation regarding the handling of CompoundShape position?
If I create a compound shape consisting of two boxes (sized 1,1,1) with positions 0,0,1 and 0,0,2 respectivly - what does the position of the CompondShape mean? If I set the position of the CompondShape to 0,0,1 will the first box be located at 0,0,2 (ie CompondShape position + subshape position)? Or will the DoShifting move the subshapes and result in first box being located at CompondShape position + subshape position - shift)?

Body.Position is always the center of mass of the object. Both objects get shifted by the engine, so 0,0,0 is the com.
